Resolution's to LOVE.

Today as I was vacuuming cheese dip out of my mothers car, ( long story) I heard a list of 25 New Year's Resolution's on the radio. A few of them were things such as " stop smoking", "stop swearing", "go to church every Sunday", and "lose 15 pounds". I realize that New Years is a time of rebirth, a time to start fresh and live what you think would be a better life. But why is it so self centered? Only 8% of people actually live out their New Years Resolution! Maybe, just maybe, if people made resolutions to help others, something might get accomplished.
As I was freezing my butt off and thinking about this I realized I hadn't made a resolution yet. So here it is: This year, I am going to convince 3 people to love themselves the way they should. It breaks my heart when I hear my friends say they are fat, ugly, weird, or not good enough. Mostly, because I wish they could see what I see in them, someone wonderful. Everyone deserves to feel loved, but the best way is to start with themselves.

Ephesians 2:10

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
